If you want to train your feet to run at their best (and who doesn’t!) then the Mizuno Be 2 women’s training shoes are perfect for you.

Wearing them on your day to day adventures helps to enhance your lower leg muscles, making these training shoes great for rehab and improving strength.

Although they have an awesomely modern look, the training shoes are based on ancient Japanese Waraji sandals that are designed to be shorter than the foot length. Cool, right?

Your toes get freedom to move from the unique activation sockliner, dipping behind the toes to maximise muscle movement and your ability to flex them.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The Mizuno BE series are made for normal daily wear like walking and gym training – NOT for running
- When you first wear them the activation sockliner may feel odd but it doesn’t take long to get used to
- To help familiarise your feet, Mizuno recommends BE shoes are worn firstly for short periods and then for longer periods once your feet have had a chance to strengthen
- Rest your feet by changing to another pair of shoes if you experience anything greater than mild discomfort in your BE shoes
