Do the prices include tax?
All product prices on Sportitude include 10% GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) when viewing prices in Australian Dollars. If you select a different currency from the list at the very top of the page, prices displayed in the selected currency will NOT include tax.
The 10% GST applies to all orders delivered within Australia and its territories. Australian customers are issued with a tax invoice showing the GST amount once their payment has been confirmed.
Orders with a delivery address outside of Australia and its territories are exempt from Australian GST. On the Order Confirmation page, which is the last step of the checkout process, the GST is removed to reflect the final order price without tax.
However some orders may incur taxes and duties applied by Customs in the country where the order is being delivered to at the time the order reaches that country. Any extra taxes and duties incurred by the respective Customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid to Customs, the delivery courier or postal office before being able to receive the parcel.
If you require further information about your country's taxes and duties, please contact your local Customs office directly or check their website.
To comply with Australian export regulations, Sportitude retailers are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. Retailers are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending it as a gift to the recipient.
What currencies do you support?
All transactions on Sportitude are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices can be viewed in other currencies by selecting from the list at the very top of the page.
Prices converted into other currencies should only be used as a guide. International payments by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal may have a slightly different exchange rate and may attract currency conversion fees from the issuing bank or card provider.
All Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments for international orders are processed securely by PayPal and they allow payments to be made in over 20 currencies.

Delivery options and costs vary depending on the product and delivery country. Rates are quoted on the product page or at checkout. We do not include tax, duty or Customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. If there are any applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges in your country, you will need to pay them to your local authorities once they have notified you that the parcel has reached your country. Can I track my order online?
Australia Post and most couriers offer online tracking. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us. If tracking is available with the courier delivering your order, a link and tracking number will be provided in this email as well as on your order confirmation page.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Within Australia, orders to metro areas of capital cities and larger regional centres should generally arrive within 1-2 business days with an express delivery service or 1-5 business days with a regular delivery service after being dispatched.
For more remote locations it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the location.
International delivery options include Express Courier which is 2-4 business days to large cities and Standard International which can take up to 10 business days to large cities. Delivery to smaller towns could take longer.
What countries do you deliver to?
Australia - all products can be delivered to anywhere within Australia.
International - only certain products can be delivered internationally. To find out whether delivery is available to your country for a product, select your country in the Delivery Calculator section on the product page.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange items I've bought?
Yes, of course. All purchases are covered by a 30 day returns and exchanges policy.
Contact us for a Return Authorisation to arrange a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused (besides having being tried on for fit) and in original saleable condition with packaging and labels intact. Shoes should only be tried on indoors to avoid scuffing the soles.
Heart rate monitors, computers and watches must not be switched on or activated if you're considering returning them as they will not be able to be resold. This is the ruling on any computer/heart rate product sold, once you have activated the battery.
You will not pay for return postage if the item was received damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent. In other cases, you will need to pay for return postage.
When returning items for a refund, any delivery charges you paid with your original order are not refundable. If a discount voucher was used in the original order, the conditions of the voucher offer and the discount amount will be taken into account when calculating the amount due to be refunded for the returned item(s).
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, all items are covered by their respective manufacturer's standard warranty. All warranty claims must be pre-arranged by contacting us for a Return Authorisation. It may be necessary to send photos of the defects for initial assessment.
Once we've given authorisation, please return the item to the address we specify. The item will be assessed by the manufacturer or their local representative and the decision as to whether the item is repaired or replaced under warranty is at their discretion.
