Delivery

• How much is delivery?

Express Delivery - 1-2 business days to capital cities, 1-5 business days to rural areas

International Delivery
Delivery options and costs vary depending on the product and delivery country. Rates are quoted on the product page or at checkout. We do not include tax, duty or Customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. If there are any applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges in your country, you will need to pay them to your local authorities once they have notified you that the parcel has reached your country. Contact your local government or visit your local Customs government website for specific details.

• Can I track my order online?

Australia Post and most couriers offer online tracking. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us. If tracking is available with the courier delivering your order, a link and tracking number will be provided in this email as well as on your order confirmation page.

• How long do orders take to arrive?

Within Australia, orders to metro areas of capital cities and larger regional centres should generally arrive within 1-2 business days with an express delivery service or 1-5 business days with a regular delivery service after being dispatched.

For more remote locations it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the location.

International delivery options include Express Courier which is 2-4 business days to large cities and Standard International which can take up to 10 business days to large cities. Delivery to smaller towns could take longer.

• What countries do you deliver to?

Australia - all products can be delivered to anywhere within Australia.

International - only certain products can be delivered internationally. To find out whether delivery is available to your country for a product, select your country in the Delivery Calculator section on the product page.

Payments

• What payment options do you accept



Payments by Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards and American Express cards are encrypted and processed securely through our payment gateway provider. Sportitude does not store any customer credit card details.

• I'm having trouble paying online

Please contact us if you're having any trouble with payment. If you prefer not to pay online, we will be able to offer you our bank account details for payment by direct deposit.

• Do the prices include tax?

All product prices on Sportitude include 10% GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) when viewing prices in Australian Dollars. If you select a different currency from the list at the very top of the page, prices displayed in the selected currency will NOT include tax.

Australian Customers

The 10% GST applies to all orders delivered within Australia and its territories. Australian customers are issued with a tax invoice showing the GST amount once their payment has been confirmed.

International Customers

Orders with a delivery address outside of Australia and its territories are exempt from Australian GST. On the Order Confirmation page, which is the last step of the checkout process, the GST is removed to reflect the final order price without tax.

However some orders may incur taxes and duties applied by Customs in the country where the order is being delivered to at the time the order reaches that country. Any extra taxes and duties incurred by the respective Customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid to Customs, the delivery courier or postal office before being able to receive the parcel.

If you require further information about your country's taxes and duties, please contact your local Customs office directly or check their website.

To comply with Australian export regulations, Sportitude retailers are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. Retailers are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending it as a gift to the recipient.

• What currencies do you support?

All transactions on Sportitude are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices can be viewed in other currencies by selecting from the list at the very top of the page.

Prices converted into other currencies should only be used as a guide. International payments by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal may have a slightly different exchange rate and may attract currency conversion fees from the issuing bank or card provider.

All Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments for international orders are processed securely by PayPal and they allow payments to be made in over 20 currencies.

Voucher Codes

• Where do I enter my voucher code?

Enter your code on the Delivery & Payment step of checkout in the "Add Voucher or Gift Card" box just under your order total.

• Why isn't my code working?

All voucher codes will have conditions regarding their use. Conditions may include:

• a minimum spend (which only applies to the value of items in your order, excluding shipping costs)
• the code may apply to specific items only, or it may exclude use on specific items
• the code may only be valid for email subscribers or loyalty program members
• the code has a specific expiry date

When you apply your code in checkout, if the code cannot be applied to your order, the reason will be displayed. If the reason doesn't make sense or you need further help, please contact us.

• Can I apply multiple voucher codes to my order?

Only 1 voucher code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, select the best one for your order and save the other code for a future order.

• What happens to my used voucher code if I return my order?

If you return an order that used a voucher code for a full refund, you will be refunded the amount that was originally paid for the order after a discount was applied. If the voucher code is still valid, then you would be able to use it on a future order with the same conditions of use.
