Why is Edge Rewards changing?

As of 1 November 2024, we're not accepting any new members to the Edge Rewards program. We're transitioning to a new marketing system in November 2024 to better serve our running community. This system will enhance how we recognise and reward loyal customers, bringing you a program that's tailored more closely to your needs as a runner.

When will I stop earning points under the current Edge Rewards program?

Points can be earned until 31 October 2024. Remember, points appear as Pending for 7 days after your purchase, after which they move into your Balance and become redeemable for vouchers. You will have until 8 November 2024 to redeem any remaining points for vouchers.

What happens to my unredeemed points or vouchers after the program ends?

Redeem your points by 8 November 2024. Unredeemed points after this date cannot be used. After 30 November 2024, you'll no longer have access to your Loyalty Wallet, so please record your unused voucher codes to use later, as they are valid until 31 December 2024.

Will the new rewards program be different?

Yes! The new program will be simpler while continuing to reward your loyalty. Plus, in early 2025, we're adding exciting new ways to earn and redeem rewards specifically designed for runners like you.

How long does it take for points to appear in my account?

When you join, your 500 bonus points appear immediately.
After you make a purchase, it takes approximately 24 hours for your points to appear as Pending. Points that are pending cannot yet be redeemed.
7 days after your purchase, your points will move from Pending into your Balance and can be redeemed for vouchers.

Where can I check my points balance?

After joining Sportitude Edge Rewards, you'll see your Rewards Wallet appear at the bottom of every page of the Sportitude website as long as you're logged in to your Sportitude account. Click the + icon to open the Wallet and see a summary of your points.
For more detail of all your rewards activity, click the menu icon in the top-left corner of the Wallet and click My Activity.
PLEASE NOTE: Your Rewards Wallet will be available up to 30 November 2024. After this date, it will no longer be shown on the Sportitude website.

How can I redeem my reward points for a voucher?

After joining Sportitude Edge Rewards, you'll see your Rewards Wallet appear at the bottom of every page of the Sportitude website as long as you're logged in to your Sportitude account. Click the + icon to open the Wallet and then click Redeem to see the vouchers you can redeem your reward points for.
Click the Redeem button next to a voucher and the points will be deducted from your balance.

How can I use my voucher on an order?

Once you redeem reward points for a voucher, the voucher will appear in your Rewards Wallet under the Redeem tab and it will have a Use button next to it. Click the Use button to see the voucher code and click Copy. You can then paste the voucher code or type it in checkout to get your discount. Only one code can be used per order.
