This Hydrating Breakfast Smoothie Will Set You Up For The Day

With warm weather still very much upon us, why not try a breakfast smoothie that ticks all the boxes. Nutritious, delicious and most importantly - delivers much needed hydration and sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Coconut water is the key ingredient here. It's packed with electrolytes for hydration, disease-fighting antioxidants as well as critical nutrients like magnesium and potassium.

Ingredients (serves 2)

- 200ml coconut water
- 1/2 glass of ice
- 1 frozen banana; sliced
- 4-6 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of raw cacao
- 1 tablespoon of L.S.A. mix
- 1 tablespoon of grain free granola to top 

Directions 

Combine all the key ingredients except the granola and blend until smooth.
Top with a tablespoon of grain free granola
