The Energy Booster Smoothie - When Sleep Just Won't Do

Feeling sluggish or stressed? A green juice could be the answer. While it may not rid you of your heavy workload, a week of implementing a green juice into your daily routine will help detoxify and reboot your body.  

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 granny smith appleI 
  • 3 stalks of celery 
  • 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley 
  • 2 lemons
  • A few slices of ginger 

Directions: Add all the ingredients into a food blender and process until you reach desired consistency. If too thick, add a few cubes of ice.
