These balls are made in minutes and make the perfect snack before or after training as they’re loaded with healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 6 medjool dates (pits removed)

Directions

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and process until the mixture comes together. If the mixture is too dry to form into balls, add in more dates.

Roll into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Experiment with different ingredients like protein powder or almond meal.
