The Elixir Smoothie For Glowing Skin And Endless Energy

When it comes to delicious smoothie combinations that will satisfy the sweet tooth while providing a potent dose of antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats, they don't come much sweeter than the recipe below (trust us). 

Ingredients (Serves 2) 

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened, full fat, natural greek yoghurt
  •  1/2 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed 
  • 1 teaspoon of honey 
  • 3-5 ice cubes 

Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you reach desired consistency. Serve immeditaely and top with an additional sprinkle of chia seeds, and frozen berries.
