After the success of the Miles, Salming dreamed up the Salming Miles Lite men’s running shoes that continue to live up to their philosophy – to run with joy, speed and at less risk of injury.

Your go-to long distance running shoe has been updated with a fresh upper that weighs in lighter and has a softer feel than its older brother. It features a roomy toe box to accommodate the natural expansion of your forefoot on impact and an anatomical heel cup for a more custom fit.

Running on concrete and asphalt can be killer over long distances if you’re not wearing the right footwear armour, but Salming have you covered with new energy-returning foam.

The responsive Recoil midsole creates a snappy, well-cushioned ride to keep your feet energised and protected as you soar over hard running surfaces.

The Torsion Guide system (TGS 62/75°) enhances stability where you need it most - the distance between the heel and the ball of the foot that covers 62% of the shoe and ends at a 75 degree angle groove in the sole, ensuring forefoot flexibility and a natural ride.

At 4mm the heel-to-toe drop is significantly lower than its competitors, allowing your feet to do their thing without interference to your running form by too bulky a heel.
