The Ross Faulkner Intermediate One Touch AFL training system is ideal for your young athlete to refine their skills so they can play at their best under high pressure.

Only your progressing legend and One Touch is needed to sharpen their hand-eye coordination, on-pitch precision, peripheral awareness and reflexes. With regular use, they’ll notice an improvement in their agility, speed, strength and overall fitness.

The adjustable rubber cord with attached football allows your up-and-coming AFL star to customise their training to practice the following skills:
