PTP Microband Medium

The PTP Microband provides increased resistance upon stretching and lets you stay in control of your movements at all times, it is one of the safest way to challenge your muscles and joints. With its small loop design, the MicroBand is ideal at targeting muscles with a small range of motion. In particular, you will find it extremely useful at working out your glutes. You can also use the MicroBand to condition your hip flexors and rotator cuff muscles (shoulders), which are involved in your upper and lower body mobility, as well as your joint stabilisation.
