The Blackroll Running Box runner training and recovery set gives you the tools you need to prioritise your recovery and injury prevention for the long haul – because elite runners and coaches know that recovery is just as important as training itself.

Suitable for everyone from the entry-level road warrior to seasoned endurance runners, this runner's kit is an essential part of your regime for training, competing, recovery and injury prevention.

Running has a powerful number of benefits to both body and mind, but as a high impact activity, also puts you at risk of immediate and overuse injuries, particularly if proper running form isn’t practiced.

That’s where the Blackroll Running Box comes in. Developed in collaboration with German Olympian and champion long-distance runner Sabrina Mockenhaupt, the Blackroll Running Box aims to support you in achieving your fitness goals to run faster, elevate your running performance long-term and speed up your recovery.

BOX CONTENTS:

1 x Blackroll Slim fascia roller: Ideal for myofascial self-massage to support muscle recovery, particularly of back and legs. Massage exercises included in the running booklet.

1 x Loop Band strength training band: Made of textile. Aids in muscle strengthening of the entire body as a versatile functional training tool. Band strengthening exercises included in the running booklet.

1 x Mini Flow fascia roller: Your essential warm-up tool, textured to improve blood flow and activate muscles. Also provides relief from muscle tension.

1 x Running Bag: For easy storage and carrying. All items are lightweight and portable for a travel-friendly training and recovery kit.

1 x Running Booklet: Designed by Blackroll in collaboration with marathon-winning German athlete Sabrina Mockenhaupt and athletic trainer Manuel Ziegler. The booklet contains:
- Running training plans for beginners through to competitive athletes
- Running injury descriptions along with massage, strengthening and stretching exercises for prevention and recovery

Designed in collaboration with Dr Matthias Marquardt, a sports doctor with running expertise, the Running Box includes a booklet with practical information regarding how to reduce your risk of common running injury such as heel spurs and runner’s knee, as well as exercises and tips to get the most out of your running training.
