1000 Mile UP Ultimate Runners Knee Strap

The 1000 Mile UP Ultimate runners knee strap provides compression and support for athletes and helps alleviate the pain associated with ITB syndrome, Runner’s knee and other common running ailments.

Running has significant benefits to your health but repetitive impacts can take a toll on your knee joint. This knee strap provides 3-way compression with upper strap providing support to the ITB and quad, lower strap supporting the patella tendon and compression tube on sides to assist with patella tracking.

The top and bottom compression can be adjusted independently.

The lightweight design provides full range of motion. Mesh backing behind the knee creates a sleek fit and prevents the trapping of heat against your skin.

Wear Instructions: With leg straight and quad relaxed, secure upper strap around leg. Secure bottom strap placing tube just below kneecap.
