Long Course Championship - 20km (8:00am)
Short Course Championship - 12.5km (8:45am)
3 Categories - Male, Female & Mixed Teams. The Age Groups for all 3 categories will be under 30, 30-49 & 50+
Teams of 2 Runners. Both Runners run together and cross the finish line together. The team time is that of the last runner across the finish line. There are no individual times recorded or any individual categories.
Costs
Long Course - $90 per team
Short Course - $70 per team
