In Store

  1. We are open during our regular opening hours
  2. We are serving customers within a restricted area inside our store that allows for 1 customer (or small family group) per staff member with safe social distancing considerations in place
  3. Staff members are cleaning and disinfecting after every customer
  4. 1.5m markings outside the front door indicate the waiting area for customers until called in by a staff member
  5. We appreciate all customers applying our hand sanitiser at the door prior to entering the store for the safety of our staff and all other customers
  6. Payment can only be made by contact-less options like credit cards and mobile device tap and pay. Cash payments are no longer being accepted.

Online

  1. Our online warehouse continues to operate as per earlier updates, and our team are following stringent health, safety and cleanliness procedures as recommended by our local health authorities.
  2. We're doing everything we can to keep up with the higher volumes of orders in recent weeks. 96% of orders are being shipped on or before the estimated dispatch date, 2% are shipped 1-2 business days late and 2% are shipped 3+ business days late.
  3. As has been widely reported in the media, Australia Post, Star Track and other couriers are continuing to experience delays with deliveries of parcels due to increased parcel volumes, fewer flights and social distancing restrictions on the number of workers they can have in the processing facilities.
    Latest from Australia Post
  4. Current courier delivery efficiency:
Regular Delivery: 74% delivered on time, 17% delivered 1-2 business days late, 9% delivered 3+ business days late
Express Delivery: 82% delivered on time, 14% delivered 1-2 business days late, 4% delivered 3+ business days late
  5. We have decided to temporarily suspend international shipping until Australia Post returns to consistent service levels. Our recent experience with a large number of international parcels has been terrible with many parcels stuck at Australian airports, some for 4+ weeks. While Australia Post has indicated delays to international deliveries, our experience has been that the delays are much more severe and unpredictable than what Australia Post have indicated. All of our existing international orders have been shipped, however we have disabled international shipping options in checkout until the situation with Australia Post improves.
