Sportitude Service Updates

As our community navigates a challenging time, exercise will continue to be an outlet and a comfort. You want to stay active? We want to help you do that.

We are following South Australian and Federal Government guidelines on COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and we want to let you know what you can expect when you visit us or shop online with us.

We'll continue updating this page to let you know about any changes to our services.

30 MARCH 2020

In Store

  1. We are open during our regular opening hours
  2. We are now serving customers at the front door with seating available outside to try on shoes while maintaining safe social distancing.
  3. Payment can only be made by contact-less options like credit cards and mobile device tap and pay. Cash payments can no longer be accepted.

Online

  1. Online warehouse operations continue as per our previous update below from 27 March.

27 MARCH 2020

In Store

  1. We are open during our regular opening hours and following government guidelines on social distancing, cleanliness and sanitisation as per the detailed update below from 17 March.
  2. We are allowing a maximum of 8 customers in the store at any given time, with waiting facilities outside for extra customers.

Online

  1. Our warehouse team continue operating while following government guidelines on social distancing, cleanliness and sanitisation as per the detailed update below from 17 March.
  2. Current state border closures between Australian states do not apply to freight movements.
  3. Transport companies continue to deliver goods to all parts of Australia.
  4. We partner with Australia Post and StarTrack for deliveries. Both organisations have implemented COVID-19 measures and while there may be delay with some deliveries, they are continuing to deliver using all possible precautions.

In Store

  1. We have new customer service practices which include social distancing
    1. Under normal circumstances we would assist you to put on shoes and tie the laces - now we'll guide you through this process
    2. We'll ensure there’s appropriate space around the store including the counter
    3. Want to visit us at a quieter time? We suggest weekdays 9am-3pm or Sundays 12pm-4pm. You can also call us on (08) 8377 7667 and we'll tell you how quiet or busy the store is.
  2. We clean and sanitise our equipment regularly.
  3. We are monitoring the health and wellbeing of all team members, with regular temperature checks throughout the day and more stringent hygiene routines including sanitising hands after seeing each customer.
  4. We’re working together as a team, communicating openly, checking in with each other, and ensuring everyone is up to date

Online Warehouse

  1. We clean and sanitise our warehouse regularly.
  2. We're monitoring the health and wellbeing of our team members, with regular temperature checks throughout the day, social distancing and hygiene routines which apply to our team members and your parcels.
