Why measure around your ankle to choose your size? Our socks provide graduated compression. The pressure exerted by the fluid is greater at the ankle and decreases up the leg after or during sustained periods of vigorous exercise.

The compression socks assist by stimulating the flow of blood in the leg/calf muscle veins and hence improve the removal of fluid build-up from metabolic processes.

This type of compression is most effective and is currently recognised by medical authorities.

It provides excellent stimulation of venous return and accelerates muscle cell oxygenation levels, thereby helping to prevent the onset of cramps and significantly reducing the symptoms of fatigue and soreness.

Washing Information:

- Wash inside-out to preserve serigraphs
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not iron
- Do not wash above 30 degrees
- Wash on delicate cycle or even hand wash with mild detergent

Please do not guess your size. Use a tape measure to measure around your ankle as per the size chart in order to choose your correct size.
