With improved stability in a lighter platform the Mizuno Wave Inspire 10, the main stay of the Mizuno support range, offers the mild to moderate over-pronator a truly versatile shoe that can be used to run at fast pace or mileage.

The Inspire 10 has a retooled Wave Plate design that increases support through the medial rearfoot for the early-mid stance pronator yet maintaining the lateral integrity it has become renowned for. Other updates include the introduction of Mizuno’s U4ic (Euphoric) midsole that feels and cushions like the previous ap+ midsole, but is now 30% lighter without compromising performance.

To keep your feet in motion, the transition from heel to toe has been boosted with the new SR Touch advanced cushioning. Once again a lighter material than its predecessor, SR Touch also absorbs more shock while providing faster rebound properties to keep your gait smooth and fast.
