What is Sportitude?
Sportitude is more than just Australia's newest online sports shopping destination.
At Sportitude we believe the secret to a happier life is mastering your ARC - that's having the right Attitude, having Respect for all others and having Confidence in yourself.

Credit card payments are encrypted and processed securely by the payment gateway. Sportitude does not store any customer credit card details.
I'm having trouble paying
If you're paying by Visa or MasterCard and your transaction is being declined, a message explaining the problem will be shown after you attempt payment.
If you're paying by PayPal account and having trouble, we suggest you try again.

Do the prices include tax?
All product prices on Sportitude include 10% GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) when viewing prices in Australian Dollars. If you select a different currency from the list at the very top of the page, prices displayed in the selected currency will NOT include tax.
The 10% GST applies to all orders delivered within Australia and its territories. Australian customers are issued with a tax invoice showing the GST amount once their payment has been confirmed.
Orders with a delivery address outside of Australia and its territories are exempt from Australian GST. On the Order Confirmation page, which is the last step of the checkout process, the GST is removed to reflect the final order price without tax.
However some orders may incur taxes and duties applied by Customs in the country where the order is being delivered to at the time the order reaches that country. Any extra taxes and duties incurred by the respective Customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid to Customs, the delivery courier or postal office before being able to receive the parcel.
If you require further information about your country's taxes and duties, please contact your local Customs office directly or check their website.
To comply with Australian export regulations, Sportitude retailers are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. Retailers are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending it as a gift to the recipient.
What currencies do you support?
Prices on Sportitude can be viewed in Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, UK Pounds, Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Japanese Yen and Swiss Francs amongst several others. You can change your preferred currency by selecting from the list at the very top of the page.
Please note that all product prices are based on Australian Dollars. Prices converted into other currencies should only be used as a guide because when paying with a non-Australian currency by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal the exchange rate will differ slightly.
All Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments for international orders are processed securely by PayPal and they allow payments to be made in over 20 currencies. See PayPal's list of supported currencies
What countries do you deliver to?
Australia - all products can be delivered to anywhere within Australia.
International - only certain products can be delivered internationally. To find out whether delivery is available to your country for a product, add the product to your cart and on the Shopping Cart page select your Deliver To country. If any items in your cart can't be delivered to your selected country, you will be notified on the Shopping Cart page.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges vary depending on the products you are purchasing. Delivery within Australia is free for a lot of products. There's a shipping estimate calculator on every product page. Once you add items to your shopping cart, select your country on the Shopping Cart page and you'll see the delivery costs.
Can I track my order online?
Australia Post and most couriers offer online tracking. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us. If tracking is available with the courier delivering your order, a link and tracking number will be provided in this email.
How long do orders take to arrive?
You will see an estimated delivery time during checkout after you have selected your preferred delivery option.
Within Australia, orders to metro areas of capital cities and larger regional centres should generally arrive within 1-2 business days with an express service or 1-7 business days with a general service after being dispatched. For more remote locations it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the location.
International delivery options include Express Courier which is 2-4 business days to large cities and Registered Post which can take up to 10 business days to large cities. Delivery to smaller towns could take longer.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange items I've bought?
Yes, of course. All purchases are covered by a minimum 30 day returns and exchanges policy. Full details can be found in the "Returns" tab on every product page.
What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
Fill in the "Ask A Question" form on the Contact Us page and you will receive a response the same business day.
