Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus lightly roasted in an oven for 15-20 minutes prior to salad creating
- Fresh figs, quartered
- Organic mixed leaves
- Premium Italian Proscuitto from your local butcher - quality does make a difference here!
- Basil leaves, chopped (optional)
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and serve with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic or a combo of the two.
